Memorial show header inspired by /u/Insxnity. Like, a director's cut, so to speak. If an earlier version of Hybrid Theory was released how would the tracklist be different? Two details I recall are that High Voltage was re-made for HT (hence the fade in from Cure For The Itch) but Mike didn't want to reuse it, and that One Step Closer was written out of frustration over another song, which I only recently learned was because they couldn't clear a sample from She Couldn't.
So knowing that, one can figure High Voltage would be track 12, moving Pushing Me Away to track 13, and One Step Closer would not be on the album, with She Couldn't going in an unknown spot. I guess you could assume track 2, but I feel like that's an odd flow coming from Papercut. Personally I'd consider putting it after Forgotten because the very end part is a nice lead in to it. Are there any other different intentions for the album that are known? Any other holdovers from Hybrid Theory (band) days that were considered but let go?
